- Your inability to install and properly manage your device (developer options) and ISP blocks are NOT our responsibility.
- All Tickets are answered within 24hrs or less. ALL Tickets are ANSWERED!
- Your inability to the above does not warrant you to demand that we refund your money.
- When you state that you can NOT login or use your subscription, we test your credentials and send screenshots when possible to prove that your service is LIVE and getting what you paying for.
- Threats of chargebacks will not be tolerated! We have your IP address, anything you do on our billing system is logged to protect us and what we do to offer this service to our customers.
- If you have been paying us for months then you agree to use our service. It is not our fault you don't cancel when you "planned" to or in the improper way.
- If you thought this was commercial service, then you do not understand what service we are providing.
By using this service, you agree to be 18 years of age or older as require by LAW. Some channels may contain adult content. PandaServe LLC shall not be liable for underage use. Your credit/debit card will be billed by PandaServe LLC. You except that some minor technical knowledge is required to install our app on your device. Instructions are provided for most devices when possible. Please allow some time for us to provision your service as it may not be automated. Once your services are provisioned, no refunds will be given for any purpose. Therefore you agree to not perform a chargeback for your purchase as your inability to use our service is not our responsibility. PandaServe LLC does not share your information of any kind with any third party's. No customer information shall be given without written approval or court order.
