Xfinity Subscribers need to turn off Advanced Security on their router using the mobile app or going into the router itself.
To turn off Xfinity Advanced Security, open the Xfinity app, navigate to the "Security" tab, select "Advanced Security," and then choose "Turn Off" to disable the feature; you can also access this setting through "My Services" on your Xfinity account page online.
This feature may stop PandaStream service from working.
