COX ISP Subscribers Must Turn Off The Panoramic Wifi App!
To turn off Cox Advanced Security, use the Cox Panoramic Wifi App and navigate to the Home screen, then tap the Advanced Security tile and the arrow icon, and finally select Turn off from the pop-up message.
Instructions to Disable Cox Advanced Security
- Open the Cox Panoramic Wifi App on your mobile device.
- From the bottom toolbar, tap the Home icon.
- On the Home screen, find the Advanced Security tile and tap the arrow icon to open the Advanced Security screen.
- On the Advanced Security screen, tap Turn off in the Advanced Security tile.
- A pop-up message will appear to confirm your decision. Tap Turn off on the pop-up to disable the feature.
Important Note
Disabling Advanced Security will turn off the 24/7 monitoring and real-time reporting for your home network, which is used to protect against cyberattacks, unauthorized access, and unsafe websites.
